Canadian football fans will be excited to learn of Sirius Radio Canada’s plans to expand their coverage of the upcoming 2009 Canadian Football League (CFL) season.
Every game will be covered by the satellite broadcaster, from practice straight through until the last minutes of the 97th Grey Cup in Calgary. As per an agreement between Sirius and the CFL, fans should look forward to a bright future with Canadian football and satellite radio.
Each CFL team will have its games aired on Sirius Radio Canada with play-by-play commentary by top sports hosts on select stations, a process that will ultimately provide fans with the most extensive CFL coverage yet available.
