After the last few months being filled with speculation as to the future of Bubba the Love Sponge on satellite radio, the popular host has confirmed his exit from the world of Sirius and XM broadcasting.

Bubba announced his plans to immediately leave the station behind during a program from a few days ago (while the encore presentation edited out his comment for later listeners).

The future of Bubba’s program is uncertain at this point but, given his immense popularity, fans of the show shouldn’t expect to wait much longer before the host returns to some form of radio.
