With Howard Stern’s Sirius contract coming to a close in 2010 many are beginning to wonder if the superstar will renew or bow out. Stern is no stranger toward flirting with rumors of his retirement but changes in his personal life may lead to a final decision in the near future.

A recent show saw Howard Stern discussing his desire to spend more time with his wife, Beth and working on different projects of his own. He mentioned that two more years may be more than enough time to remain at his current position.

Some good news may come for Stern fans yet. The popular host mentioned that he would consider renewing his contract if Sirius was able to offer flexible hours based on his own terms.
