A recent investors meeting between Sirius Canada and Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings Inc.’s XM Canada has put the matter of a national merger back into question again.

The two companies have discussed the possibility of combining business for quite some time but are now promising for further developments toward the matter in the coming year.

Both sides have discussed a positive level of synergy between one another as well as a continued commitment toward discussing the likely pros and cons which would result from the possible merger.
