Sirius Radio Manufacturing Scandal from Kiryung Production Plant
Extremely disturbing news has surfaced regarding Sirius Radio financed satellite receiver production at a factory in Kiryung, South Korea. Extremely unethical labour conditions have been uncovered by a watchdog committee concerned for international human rights protection.
A hunger strike staged by Kiryung Electronics’ union chair ended with with hospitalization (pictured above) in one of many dramatic examples of the horrific conditions at the factory.
The sweatshop has been targeted by the National Labor Committee with spokespeople challenging Sirius celebrity, Howard Stern to confront the matter with corporation managers.
